DESCRIPTION

We have created a cocktail to bring an Italian winter to you in Port Moody. Deep purple in colour, our take on a Lambrusco Spritz contains the relatively sweet and fruit-forward Lambrusco Reggiano Frizzante which pairs nicely with the bitterness of Amaro Montenegro. Topped off with a small dose of grapefruit juice, our feature Christmas cocktail is like a cold-weather sangria. Semi-sweet but balanced from the tannic quality of the grapes and the bitterness of the amaro. Lightly carbonated and served over ice with a candied grapefruit zest rim and a piece of frozen grapefruit.
